EXPERIENCE
* Represented athlete in estate matters and litigation;
* Represented artist in breach of contract and fraud matters in dispute with art dealer;
* Represented business manager of artists involved in business divorce and related matters;
* Successfully assisted in $6 million product liability trial involving catastrophic injury on behalf of global manufacturer;
* Obtained a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in California product liability case;
* Obtained dismissal in breach of contract matter on behalf of global manufacturer and distributor of water purification systems;
* Successfully assisted with trial on behalf of manufacturer in commercial breach of contract case in which jury awarded manufacturer all of its damages and attorneys’ fees;
* Obtained favorable settlement in shareholder’s derivative and breach of fiduciary duty action;
* Obtained dismissal of plaintiff’s case on behalf of defendant business owner in breach of fiduciary duty matter;
* Obtained favorable settlement for real estate developer in litigation over misuse and breach of easement;
* Obtained dismissal of intervention in bond validation proceeding on behalf of developer and award of attorneys’ fees for developer;
* Obtained judgment and attorneys’ fees in breach of contract and trademark infringement matter for franchisor of international quick service restaurants;
* Obtained favorable settlement in products liability matter for global manufacturer of airline equipment;
* Obtained favorable settlement for real estate developer against global construction company in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and construction defect matter; and
* Successfully represented auction house in breach of contract matters.
